This results in far less waste as we know how much produce we need to grow. Market garden costs come at the beginning of the year and securing capital early on gives us a guaranteed market. It also gives us the opportunity to choose the best quality organic seed varieties and quality peat free potting compost. We see our CSA as a chance to connect with our community whilst growing chemical free vegetables which restores our local ecosystem .
